Y Bouquets sold in the shop are all 100% brand new and of high quality
Y Once item is sold, it is not exchangable or refundable
Y Once order has been confirmed, there would be no refund/ changes
Y All payments must be made within 3 days after items have been confirmed
Y I will not be responsible for any loss or damage of goods, or any defect in goods after delivery
